Agreement to Terms

By using AI Virtual Staging ("Service"), a product of TapNSlap AI, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

AI Virtual Staging is an automated service that uses artificial intelligence to add or replace furniture and decor in photos of rooms. You upload photos, select styling preferences, pay for the service, and receive AI-generated staged versions of your photos.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing packages:

• 1 Room: $5.99 (includes 3 staging variations)
• Up to 15 Rooms: $39.99 (includes 3 staging variations per room)
• Up to 30 Rooms: $59.99 (includes 3 staging variations per room)

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You must upload all photos for your package in a single order - packages cannot be used across multiple orders.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the instant, automated nature of our digital service, all sales are final. Once payment is processed, your photos are immediately staged by our AI system and delivered to you. We cannot offer refunds for:

• Completed orders (staged photos delivered)
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
• Unused room allowances in multi-room packages
• User error in photo selection or upload

If you experience a technical error where no staged photos are generated despite successful payment, please contact us at aivirtualstaging@tapnslap.ai and we will work to resolve the issue.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the photos you upload
• Your photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You will not use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You understand that AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations

Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload.

Staged Results: You receive full rights to use the AI-generated staged photos for any purpose, including commercial use such as real estate listings, marketing materials, and publications.

Our Service: The AI Virtual Staging platform, branding, and technology remain the property of TapNSlap AI, LLC.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate staged photos. Please understand:

• AI results are generated automatically and may vary in quality
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or styles
• Generated furniture and decor are AI creations and may not represent real products
• Minor imperfections or artifacts may occasionally appear in generated images
• The AI may interpret your photos differently than expected

Marketing Use and Compliance Disclaimer

AI-staged images are intended for marketing purposes only. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Staged photos are digitally altered images and should be clearly identified as virtually staged when required by applicable rules or regulations
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all Multiple Listing Service (MLS) rules and guidelines in your area
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal advertising regulations, including fair housing laws
• Some MLS systems and jurisdictions require disclosure that photos have been virtually staged
• TapNSlap AI makes no representations about the compliance requirements in your specific market or jurisdiction
• You should consult with your broker, MLS, or legal counsel if you have questions about proper disclosure or use of virtually staged photos

TapNSlap AI, LLC is not liable for any penalties, fines, or consequences resulting from improper use or disclosure of AI-staged images.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for how you use the staged photos or any consequences of their use

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Upload photos containing illegal content
• Create fraudulent or misleading real estate listings
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our technology
• Abuse, harass, or harm our systems or other users

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
